I started working as a Registered Nurse way back in 2008 and I was an ICU Head Nurse for 6 years. I decided to change my career and move to the city to work in the Call Center Industry where I handled an American Telco account and assisted customers with basic troubleshooting, explained their bills, and upsold upgrades and additional services.  I also worked for an Australian Electricity & Gas company wherein I helped customers with the right tariff applicable to their state, assisted them in their Ombudsman complaints, explained their bills, answered emails and chat messages.  As a freelancer, I worked as an appointment setter and did cold calling and SMS blasting in order to set appointments between medical professionals and US recruiters. Finally, I am a photography enthusiast, content creator and social media influencer.  My niche is in beauty, food, and lifestyle.
