I have worked as a Sales Clerk for almost 2 years where in I first developed my ability to persuade customers. 

I also became a Technical Support Representative in a BPO company for a Telco account based in Australia, from which I have acquired skills to manage 

and resolve customer complaints. For 4 years in a BPO setting as well, I am a Customer Service Associate 

communicating with outgoing lenders, customer's, brokers ,solicitors and bankers for a mortgage loan processing unit with one of Australia's 4 major banks. Currently I am working as a Settlement Construction Officer for a foreign lending company in which my primary task is to ensure all documentations and data entry 

as well as the status update in the system are all precise and accurate before funding a mortgage loan for residential or business purposes. 

I am committed to work in terms of attendance and performance also proficient in handling diverse tasks simultaneously . 

In terms of flexibility and being collaborative I can work alone or as part of a team, also am adaptable to new concepts and responsibilities.
