I am highly motivated person who wants to continue and develop career in IT sector (currently IT support or service desk role). I am mainly self-taught, but I also had couple of on-job trainings provided by my previous company, where I acquired my Exchange Online Support Associate badge. I have just passed (March 2021) my CompTIA A+ certification (average 90%) as I believe it might be useful to show my commitment to new path and the general knowledge I have gathered already.
In my previous job I have also passed trainings that allowed me to support and work with the highest tier of Microsoft customers - Premier tier, which proves my Customer Service mindset as well as the technical and social skills.
