I have worked as an assistant to COO of a company. My job was to manage his calendar, work on Google Docs as per need, fix meetings with clients, updated tasks on Google Keep, using sales force for creating leads and contacts to follow up, reserve his flights and ground transportation in case of trips etc.
I have experience working as an assistant to a realtor in Canada. My job was to call the owner confirm their availability for meeting, call the purchaser for meeting. I would tell them our commission rates and company profile briefly. There was a basic salary and commissions if the deal was done.
I have worked as sales and support with a eCommerce website. They used to sell cell phone accessories, digital cameras, watches etc. We were using Shopify to import data from Ali Express and later on shifted to Oberlo. My job was to help make online bookings through chat or emails. Answer queries of the customer about shipping, replacements and handle refunds.
I have worked with a property management company as a Guest Services Manager. My job was to make sure the guests check in properly. They have all the information to check in one day prior to their stay day. Also checking on them during the stay to ensure everything is fine. If they face any issues, probe the matter and assign the job to relative person. Once the stay is over I would ask them to write a good review on the platform they book us from. Stay in touch with cleaners and maintenance crew to make sure that the properties are in good shape. Along with this, I would enter the invoices for cleaners and maintenance crew in RNS.
