My background study is Business Management. Experienced in customer service, sales, and consultancy. Having experience as dive travel consultant I am responsible to provide information and recommendations for clients. Creating travel plan for them that match their qualification and interests which includes cost calculation, activity options, and accommodation options. I also took initiative to maintain relationship with our clients which results in getting more inquiries. Outside work, I also join an organization and be one of the committee in membership. I am responsible for welcoming and assisting guests to make them feel enjoy. Provide all of the information, engage with them and encourage them to join. During my tenure, the club has reached the highest number of members in 10 years. I am responsible and dedicated person. I always want to do my best in my work. I am also willing to learn and grow because I am keen to be better person.
