Bea Allyson Bianes

I am Bea Allyson P. Bianes, 26 years of age, single and in good health. I am the youngest of three girls. I'm very sensitive, fun-loving, carefree, outspoken. And I enjoy reading a lot.

I am a graduate of University of the Visayas College of Nursing. I have had over 3 years of professional experience in the call center industry.

My first call center experience was with a BPO company, I worked as a customer service associate and after a few months, I got promoted as technical support rep. I was responsible for ensuring good Customer Service for the American customers of one of the largest wireless companies in the US.

My 2nd call center experience was homebased it was with a Texas based company. It dealt with food deliveries. We were basically taking food orders from customers.

I got promoted in a span of 6 months, and was assigned into the Catering department.
My task was to do cold calling to some businesses in the area and try to see if they would be interested to use us in their future lunch meetings, and offer them food samplings.

After a few months I became the catering coordinator, so basically I was helping customers decide how many food they would need for a large group of people, and I would put their orders in the system and create invoices for them which I would send via email. I was responsible in making sure the food delivered to them were complete.

My most recent call center experience was a very technical job, I performed remote testing and trouble isolation for maintenance of circuits provided by Centurylink.
