Benilyn Galad Bagaoisan

My name is Benilyn Bagaoisan, and I am a customer service agent with extensive experience in resolving customer issues and providing excellent customer service. I have over 1 1/2 years of experience in a customer service position, including six months of pure call tasks.

From October 2020 to February 2021, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for a logistics account but at the start of March 2021 I moved to another company which is a website that offer various writing services. My main duties include communicating with clients to ensure that they receive great customer service, as well as communicating with the website writers to relay important information from customers and vice versa. Overall, my role is to converse with both parties in order to make sure that the project instructions and company policies are being followed, which is accomplished through website tickets, emails, chats, and calls.
