Highly talented, fast learner, problem solver, efficiency pro, ever growing. I thrive in difficult situations and complex problems: problem solving is now second nature to me. I've worked on projects that encompass the full spectrum of full-stack web development: from photoshop, to illustrator, html, css, javascript, node js, react, next js, mysql, nginix, shell scripting, and more. What I've come to learn is that there's no one particular way to get things done, there are dozens of languages, frameworks and libraries, so my most valuable skill is my ability to adapt to new systems in record time.

Some of my recent Work:

1. Datasquirel: https://datasquirel.com/ -

• Created the web application from scratch, from front-end to back-end, and DevOps for the server environment
• Built and configured a complete server architecture using Hostinger VPS, ubuntu server, NGINX for reverse proxy and static file serving, MYSQL for database management, and more.
• Developed fully functional webapp that interfaces with SQL databases and a media storage system, with additional features like database linking, field encryption, media privacy, and much more.

2. Showmerebates: https://showmerebates.com/

• Created a platform for over 200 agents to offer rebates for properties in Utah, Texas, and Florida. including platforms for lenders to offer mortgage estimates, and car dealers to offer rebates on new and used cars.
• Designed and implemented an ubuntu server architecture involving MYSQL, Nginx, and Node JS. The server architecture handles everything from authentication, to routine properties fetching and updates, to payments, and more.
• Created an interactive frontend UI/UX for users to manage their desired properties. This UI/UX uses React, tailwind CSS, material UI library, and many more libraries to enable over 500 users(agents, buyers, lenders, dealers) to interact with the database, and with each other.

3. Summit Lending: https://summitlending.com/

• Harnessed the full power of serverless architecture to create a mortgage broker web application with live quotes for regular and construction loans.
• Utilized Google APIs to query live data from google sheets and google drive. Google sheets contains loan fees and pricing adjustments coming from the broker, and google drive contains real time updates of UWM rates sheet in "xlsx" format. 
• Used Zapier to automate UWM file updates from Gmail. This works by setting up a Zapier event listener to listen for UWM email alerts, and then pulling the rates sheet attachment from the target mail and saving it to google drive
• Created a fully functional pricing engine for handling live quotes for home loans and construction loans. This pricing engine pulls data from google sheets and google drive, parses ".xlsx" sheet file from UWM, and calculates rates, loan fees, APR and taxes for the potential loan applicant.
• Used Vercel for deployment and continuous integration, and Next JS for frontend and backend processes.
