I would like to share my 3 top skills that can help me with applying to a position of Customer Service, I'm a skilled Customer Service representative especially in Identifying Fraud client or customer that is because I'm trained in AMLA (Anti Money Laundering Act) I am also trained in Data Privacy so you can trust me having your data and tools. The second skill I will offer you is that I am working for 3 years in American time or a graveyard shift so that I can adjust and work for you in your time. Lastly, I am a hard working, easy to learn person and a trustworthy applicant, you can trust me with your data and I can learn fast because of my Experience, I have 3 years experience in Business Process Outsourcing. I'm also a Team Leader in my previous job and a scheduler, this is also a remote set up. 

Working at home is way better for me because it gives me time for my family and I also have tools for this set up. This is more efficient especially nowadays because the cost of living here in my country is different from before, it's more expensive. I also love the Work From Home setup because it removes me from a hectic situation outside.

Working here in the Philippines as a Call Center or Customer Service Representative is my advancement because we follow American time. Most of our clients are working in the United States so It's easy for me to work on American time.
