Reporting Analyst and Revenue Analyst:
Preparing and circulating the daily group revenue analysis.
Daily revenue journal reconciliations-VAT, Catering Levy, Service charge for all outlets.
Assisting in the generation of end of month revenue analysis vs profit and loss account
reconciliation of revenue and cost of sales.
Posting of petty cash templates.
Processing of payments i.e. MPesa payments for daily casuals
Processing of daily cost of sales summaries from all the outlets.
Monthly processing of staff commissions from the revenue sales.

CREDIT CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Managing F&B Consumption for all Directors, managers and senior staff from all outlets.
Upon receiving Duty meal bills, ensuring all bills are signed by the account holder.
Holding of Duty meal templates which includes information from the bills and posting into the
system.
Ensuring all templates have been posted for the month by the third day of the next month
End of month procedures, which includes allocation of the accounts, provision of allowances,
analysis which determines those who exceed the monthly allowance and finally statements
Individual account allocation whereby the debit of the bill and credit of the receipt are allocated
against each other leaving the account clear.
Allocating the control account which is a guide to ensure all bills are captured.
Improves departmental processes and procedures, e.g. invoicing, follow up, query management
Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
Allocating daily receipts to accounting systems in use.
Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries.
Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations.
Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices.
Preparation and dispatch of monthly apartment owners’ statements.

VOLUNTEER WORK
I have been an active member of a charity group whose major aim is visiting the less fortunate in
the community and I am the treasurer of the group and also keeps books for the group.
Currently I’m a member of the Carnivore Green Team whose aim is conserving the environment
and making use of the natural resources to create more usefulness and reduce on wastage.
