• Started my career as ""PHP Web developer", but later find out managing people , is more my cup of tea.

Switch into Project coordination, and became a "Project coordinator". Thanks to Immix top management team and my seniors, who showed there faith and trust in me and give opportunity to me to became an "Project coordinator." And then my journey started in "Project Management".

• I love to manage things, whether its project, team client, budget etc. I believe for every successful organization, "Management" is most important. so I love to play the important role in any organization.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

• Report and escalate to management as needed.
