I currently manage the day-to-day customer success operations in East Africa for Branch International, a leading digital lender that provides access to credit and financial inclusion for millions of customers across emerging markets.

Prior to moving to Fintech I worked in the Records and Information Management Industry for 6 years where I;

Successfully led and managed due diligence and the acquisition process of eManage Africa by ensuring the documentation, testing, approval and adoption of all processes, policies and contracts.

Continually monitored the company's goals and objectives and refined the organization’s vision and strategy. To keep up with the globalization digitization trend, I ensured that we as an organization adopted digitization of documents and e-archiving as a core service offering for our clients.
