When I joined the team, their site had very few links and ranked nowhere. More importantly, they had
made a big mistake 301-redirecting an old, irrelevant site to Clockify.me with hopes to boost it. It was a
gambling site, and needless to say, it ruined their backlink profile and anchor cloud as well.
I did a thorough cleanup, disavowed all the irrelevant links and managed to get it on the right track.
After I've built out a good backlink profile, the negative effects were reversed and site has been climbing
the rankings ever since.

Started working as a freelance link builder for the Australian company and after quickly demonstrating
my abilities, I was offered a partnership role and entrusted to hire and train more people to expand the

Initially, we worked fully remote, but in April 2017 we registered a subsidiary in Novi Sad and moved into
an office. During my tenure, the company grew to about 15 employees in Novi Sad.
I provided training to more than 10 complete beginners, successfully teaching them the basics of SEO
and link building. I've also trained more than 15 copywriters, many of whom were total beginners as
well.
In addition to link building, quality control and delivering the finished client work at the end of each
month, I was also in charge of maintaining all the company processes, including financial, HR , and
practically anything else that needed to be done.
