I have to deal with objections from clients on a daily basis and deal with them in a quick and professional manner. I am able to breakdown any policy and read the fine print and explain it in a way that the client will understand. I am able to react to different clients and change the way I am to suite the situation. I can be forceful if needed and more reserved if needed. I don’t take no for an answer and my sales figures have shown that. I have increased sales at Ultra Brokers. My other duties include in following up with insurers once letter of consents have been sent. I also negotiate rates with insurance companies to get the savings I needed and extra cover to ensure a better policy. I am also able to convince the client to go with me as their broker and get them to sign brokers appointments even if they have brokers. I am currently the manager of the short term division. My roles are to handle cancellations, upsell and claims. I do stats and record keeping of how we are tracking with clients. I currently am looking over 2 brokers.
