- In Account Services I was the most efficient agent, closing the most cases (customer requests) as well as identifying the most add ons that successfully closed-won.
- In Renewals I had the highest quota (coverage or book of business in my name) with over 1 million per month.
- In Renewals I also identified the most add ons that successfully closed-won with over half a million in net new business.
