About 4 and a half years ago I landed an opportunity as a Customer Care Representative. Since then I've been able to move into 3 departments (Customer Care, Account Services, and Renewals) and gain crucial experience, which I feel is invaluable.

I've been a top agent in each department and I have been able to build a wealth of accolades over the years.

• As a Customer Care agent I was happy to be able to handle the most calls per week while keeping my NPS score in the high 70's to low 80's.
• In Account Services I was the most efficient agent, closing the most cases (customer requests) as well as identifying the most add ons that successfully closed-won.
• In Renewals I had the highest quota (coverage or book of business in my name) with over 1 million per month.
• In Renewals I also identified the most add ons that successfully closed-won with over half a million in net new business.
• No matter what department I was in I would always offer my assistance to make sure that others weren't left behind because I'm of the thought process that your team is only as strong as the weakest link.
