I am a seasoned BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) employee who has 7 years of experience. From being a Customer Service Rep to Technical Support and eventually landing a position in the Training department as a Communication Skills Backup Trainer. With my eagerness to hone further knowledge and skills, I ventured into being a VA for 8 months in an office setting. So with this, I believe I am very capable in doing various tasks which includes, but not limited to, customer service, technical troubleshooting, admin tasks and even supervisory role. Then, as time changes (now being a father), I am looking to have an opportunity to work from home but maintaining a vision of learning more and being better professionally, while looking after my kids.
