Brazilia Francesca Valdez

I am Brazilia Francesca Valdez. I am a certified TESOL (Teaching English as Second or Other Language) teacher and I am interested in the position for English Communications Specialist.

I have been teaching English for 7 years, both online via Skype and offline (man-to-man), the most recent was in an ESL school in Cebu, Philippines managed by Japanese. Consequently, most of the students I have had were mostly Japanese, but I have also had good experience in teaching other nationalities such as Korean, Russian, Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai, etc. I have been curious about other countries, their culture, food, and most especially the people.

I have excellent English skills, specializing in teaching English, both for professional purposes (TOEIC, business English) and for everyday usage (topic conversation, travel English, useful expressions). Also, I have taught the Callan Method, which based on repetition and speed.

Furthermore, I possess excellent social and leadership skills and have trained teachers for quality improvement skills and career mentoring. I was a team leader for a year and consequently became TOEIC and Phonology trainer and part of the Curriculum Quality control team for almost a year after that.

I also have a previous call center experience as a Customer service representative for 2 years.
