I am in the customer service industry for more than 6 years now. I started as a counter crew in a fast food chain. My first ever telecommunications company is Comcast. I later worked for a 5-star hotel in Penang, Malaysia with 3 different departments. (Housekeeping, FnB & Font Office). When I went back to the Philippines, I worked for a BPO under Coventry Health Care where we complete Data Entry and cold calling to clinics to confirm patient's appointments and assign available nurse for them. I also have a trainer experience for 2 years for another company and was later moved to the managerial role to assist the operation's success.
