Hi! My name is Brian Garon.
I am a budding freelancer. I have worked as Customer Support Representative. My line of work as a CSR varied on which company I was working at.
My Work Experiences:
I’ve worked as a Proofreader in one of the companies I’ve been to. We used to proofread US Court Cases to find punctuation errors, double spaces, etc.
I have also worked as Inbound Customer Support for a Logistics company. Arranging pickup for deliveries and tracking packages was part of my main job.
The most recent work I’ve had was Booking Coordinator in one of the top selling computer companies. We process client’s orders and book their contracts in our system. It was a tedious process as there was no room for errors in this line of work.
Working as a Freelancer is no different from my previous jobs. The only thing I would personally like is that I wouldn’t need to endure 5-6 hours of back & fourth commute to the office. But even with the hours of commute I had to take, I was able to be always punctual and get to work on time, every single day. Even during my sick days, I still went to work.
I believe my strengths are Quality Output of Work (Accuracy & Speed), Multi-tasking, Dedication, Passion, and Determination to Succeed.
