Hi! My name is Brian Garon.

I am a budding freelancer. I have worked as Customer Support Representative. My line of work as a CSR varied on which company I was working at.

My Work Experiences:

• I’ve worked as a Proofreader in one of the companies I’ve been to. We used to proofread US Court Cases to find punctuation errors, double spaces, etc.

• I have also worked as Inbound Customer Support for a Logistics company. Arranging pickup for deliveries and tracking packages was part of my main job.

• The most recent work I’ve had was Booking Coordinator in one of the top selling computer companies. We process client’s orders and book their contracts in our system. It was a tedious process as there was no room for errors in this line of work.

Working as a Freelancer is no different from my previous jobs. The only thing I would personally like is that I wouldn’t need to endure 5-6 hours of back & fourth commute to the office. But even with the hours of commute I had to take, I was able to be always punctual and get to work on time, every single day. Even during my sick days, I still went to work.

I believe my strengths are Quality Output of Work (Accuracy & Speed), Multi-tasking, Dedication, Passion, and Determination to Succeed.
