• Developed multi-channel media campaigns to profile the work of Minister Alan Winde,
reaching regional and national press
• Used storytelling to promote the key areas of our work – innovation as a driver of
growth/skills development successes in agriculture/the impact of drought on emerging
farmers. My campaign profiling tech and innovation secured R1m earned media in just one
month
• Liaised with key stakeholders to develop a data-driven snapshot of the Western Cape economy
• Created Facebook page for Minister Winde, pioneered live Facebook press conferences and
video clips, thereby expanding our reach to journalists and residents
• Developed and managed a campaign to lobby National Government to amend visa regulations
– as a result we were able to own the issue and the regulations were eventually amended.
