I have years of experience as a virtual assistant or a care navigator for a virtual clinic.

The work is centered around assisting recovering substance users and mental health patients with their holistic wellness. Dealing with clients currently under treatment could at times feel taxing and toxic, which is why all throughout the years, I have managed to learn patience, attentiveness, clear-communication, calmness, and organization as the honed skill in my arsenal.

I can do administrative tasks with ease such as appointment scheduling, project management, communication via virtual conference, email, SMS or phone, filling out forms, writing specific paperwork, and many more.
