Thanks for taking the time to view my profile!

For years, I've been employed in Customer Service related positions, but have been freelancing for the past few. Specifically, in Administrative, Customer Support, and Email handling positions. I've had employers ask me about what exact formula of experiences I have that have made me stand out from others. I think that it definitely helps that I have years of hardcore Dramatic Arts experience, as well as a B.A. in Psychology. But I also think that it's definitely my bit of perfectionism and self-motivation, with just enough curiosity to drive me to learn more and do better.

As a Freelancer, I've learned a lot along the way, and I'm always looking to gain new skills (and develop current ones).
