This company is situated in China, which brought with it many language barriers that needed to
be overcome. I had to learn how to negotiate contracts and proposals for the development of elearning content. This also put me in a position where I had to do a needs analysis in order to be
able to provide the client with content that is relevant to their students.
In my capacity as a teacher, I learnt a lot about how to manage 2-on-1 classes with multiple
students where the teaching focus was on developing critical thinking skills while also teaching
English.

My time at TTRO was profoundly valuable in that it taught me about important quality assurance
