I recently attended the Social Media Management/Marketing course. My goal to be able to work at home as a Social Media Manager/ Marketer or Virtual Assistant and apply the skills that I learned.
Below are the skills that I acquired:
-Expertise in running paid ads on Facebook especially detailed marketing
-Has great expertise in design and keen eye for what works for a brand
Know how to use google drive, sheets, docs
Know how to apply Marketing strategies that work.
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Capable of following instructions ... proactive to exchange feedback on process improvement
I had experience doing Facebook marketing handling Real Estate and I'm proud to say I was able to close a lot of sales. I was able to apply my knowledge is providing excellent customer and turned it to a sale.
I'm currently working in a BPO industry as a Customer Service representative and providing technical support at the same time for 10 yrs now. I got a lot of awards already, Best in QA, Best in Customer Service and for passing the KPI's.
I'm very hardworking and loyal, I got an award for 5yrs & 10yrs loyalty award. I believe that you will succeed in life if you have the right attitude.
