Carl Dominic Celestial

I am Carl Dominic D. Celestial, a versatile and accomplished professional with a strong foundation in Performing Arts and a passion for effectively leveraging my skills in various professional domains. Graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts from Bicol University College of Arts and Letters, I have consistently excelled academically, earning my place on both the President's and Dean's Lists, along with receiving an Academic Scholar designation.

My journey into the professional world began when I took on leadership roles in college, such as Vice Chairperson for the Speech and Theater Arts Genre (STAGe) Organization and Vice Chairperson for the Performing Arts Union Integrated for Culture, Arts, and Nature. My time as Business Manager for BUNGCUL Singers honed my organizational and managerial skills.

Upon completing my education, I transitioned into the professional realm, where I have continued to excel. In my current role as a Project Technical Aide V at the Department of Science and Technology - Provincial Office - Albay, I serve as the ICT-Alternate Focal Person, Document Custodian, and S&T Promo Focal Person. I also manage social media, handle records management, and oversee the STARBOOKS program in partner academic institutions.

My dedication to effective communication and organizational skills led me to a remote position as a Public Relations Senior Assistant at Statement Strategies Ltd. in Toronto, Canada. Here, I crafted PR plans, press releases, and media announcements, contributing to successful PR campaigns and managing creative projects.

Prior to this, I worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where I maintained media relationships and spearheaded creative projects such as website development and social media content editing.

My international experience extends to my time as a Virtual Assistant at Digital Dental Solutions Labs in Niceville, Florida, where I managed customer databases, designed the company website, and prepared 3D models for dental clients. I also created a paid Online Course Program. During my tenure at Wilson Health - Occupational Health in Toledo, Ohio, I continued to excel as a Virtual Assistant by managing creative projects, handling email marketing, and drafting medical eBooks.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I actively participate in various professional activities, including workshops and training programs organized by the Department of Science and Technology. My skills span computer literacy, and graphic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, as well as proficiency in project management tools like Slack, Asana, Trello, and Hootsuite. I have experience in digital marketing, lead generation, media relations, and copywriting. I am also a custodian of records and databases and an adept event host and master of ceremonies.
