Carl Zhang

I've worked to establish relationships at every job I've been through. I started out in restaurant service and sports medicine. I've had bar experience behind high volume restaurants and coffee shops. I've also worked to rehabilitate college and high-school athletes back to full activity after injury. When I was in NY, I managed patient exercise, scheduling, and documentation for a senior partner at a Physical Therapy clinic. I am hard working, open, willing to give it my all, and passionate about the experience that I create with every customer or client interaction I have! I seek feedback so I can continually improve my ability to contribute to whatever team I work with. I've managed and trained whole teams in a service/hospitality setting. Recently I started working on small passion projects such as personal training and Reiki energy work. I am looking for work that can give me flexibility and stability in my life without taking away the space to be creative/ proactive. I work well with clear instructions and autonomy. I prioritize open and straightforward communication so that I can do my job to the best of my ability. Looking for a family to join and support!
