As a sales representative I have experience in selling retail products, goods, and services to customers. I work with customers to find out what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. I can also work finding new sales leads through "cold calling", business directories, client referrals, or visiting new or existing clients. I am used to work under pressure to meet sales quotas. I am goal oriented and I have also experience in Customer Retention. I have worked selling Agricultural Supplies for a local company in Nicaragua (DISAGRO), and I was able to contact and make new clients and also mantain a good relationship with actual customers through follow up and a good customer service. I worked for Great Virtual Works (USA) as independent contractor IBO, taking calls in Retention Department. I was able to work under a lot of pressure since we had to meet monthly goals of 52% of customer retention. So I have around 3 years of experience in sales and customer retention.

As Customer Service Agent I can say I have the skills needed includin patience, attentiveness, empathy, clear communication, knowledge of the product and the ability to read customer. I am customer oriented and I enjoy very much making customer feel that they have been taken care of and are satisfied with the company's service.
