I have BPO experience in my country for almost 8 years and different kind of calls received - I have an inbound and outbound call experience (whether it is cold calling, hard selling, upselling, customer service, technical support, etc) - for different accounts: xbox 360, hotels.com, citibank, dodo, clubtelco, and tpg.

De-duplication of account with Skinphysics.com using netsuite and shopify as order fulfillment. Worked as an Executive Assistant where I learned basic Accountancy using XERO, Slack and Wrike as well as Lastpass. I posted ads in different social medias using Hootsuite online software.

I have been teaching college students in some of the universities in my country and online teachings as well - as you can see, everything is new and first-time experienced to me and I am trainable and willing to learn - I may not know everything about your company right now or the process or how it works but if I put my heart and mind to it then I'm better.
