When looking for a talent, think about my name. CATZ, Confident. Ambitious. Trustworthy. Zealous. Those are my traits that I will bring with me to every task I will handle.

I am the type of person who values integrity. Since I will be working remotely,it's important to have my supervisor's trust that I am doing my job even without supervision. I also enjoy learning and discovering new thing or skills that will develop me intellectually and professionally. I can say that I am adaptable and highly trainable, characteristics that are very important in any line of work, especially when working remotely because there are different systems and tools that I need to learn.

I have experience in customer support, email handling and sales. My previous jobs taught me how to be organized, to be keen into details and make sure that every task is done in a timely manner.

For my strength, I'm highly trainable. I know that I'll be dealing with different types of clients using different tools, i need to be able to adapt and grasp each information to be effective in this business. I also want to widen my horizon, I don't want to limit myself to just one task. I want to learn as much as I can to be indispensable.

I'm also goal oriented. I'm the type of person who sets a time frame and creates a checklist to evaluate how close I am to reaching my goals.

My weakness, on the other hand, is that I'm an over thinker. There were times wherein I doubted myself because I am thinking too much about the outcome. Eventually, I learned to trust myself more and became more confident. I may commit mistakes along the way, but at least I learned from it. I also look at my weakness positively, because without it, the quality of my work might suffer. Over thinking gives me the assurance that I won't produce outputs that are less than acceptable.
