I have previous experience on Data Entry, worked as Documentation Analyst, HR Process Specialist, IT Helpdesk and most recently, IT Application Support. I have provided services for both local and international clients via email, chat and voice calls. I had an opportunity to lead a team of IT Helpdesk associates. I am ITIL® Foundation certified in IT Service Management.

I am also a fast-learner and very eager on gaining additional skills that would provide me competitiveness on the field of freelancing.
