I graduated High School way back 2008 at Concordia College Manila where i learned how to create file using MS Excel and presentation using MS Powerpoint. Until today, I am working with these "tools" and being able to learn more on how to use it and do conditional formatting.

I started working as a sales lady when I was younger where I was also trained to do data entry staff to manage our daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales. A year after, I applied as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Ph. 

I have a strong personality which has help me enter the BPO industry. I am always willing to be trained and a fast learner which I can see as my advantage when getting a job. I was trained to take calls, answer emails (Zendesk) and answer chat (Olark) as I continue to work in the BPO industry. Currently, I am working with a secure payment website where I am also trained to transfer domain names within the same registrar and from/to another registrar.
