For 6 years I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for a Psychological Service company in the Philippines. I have experience writing comprehensive reports, planning interventions, and implementing different programs to address specific issues or problems, and I conceptualize different tools for a solution. Also, I have experience as an Administrative Professional and expertise in Human Resource Management. I have intermediate knowledge of computers, and knowledgeable of Google Sheets and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.

• As a Human Resource Manager, I have experience in the recruitment process, training, compensation, and benefits salary calculations. I also conduct orientations to newly hired employees, timekeeping, and make inter-service memorandums if needed.

• I have experience in Administrative Support such as; scheduling meetings conducting research, creating reports, slideshows, and building client relation/communication is easy for me.

• I create weekly tasks for teams and task reminders
