My experience in customer service industry was a life changing and a very challenging one. I had three different account in a company where I stayed with for 13months. The first one was an online shop for occassions (Florist Transworld Delivery). In this account, we assist customers to place their orders, help them get a refund and also a replacements. The second one was a financial account (Suntrust Bank). In this account I was in a Fraud Prevention and Claims department where we help the customers put a hold on a card that they lost, file a complaint for a withdrawal or a purchase they didn't make, and also put a hold on a lost blank checked that they already signed. Those are some of our task for that account. And last a gaming account (Microsoft Xbox). In here I was a chat support who help the customers purchase or preorder a game, we also help them with technical such as troubleshooting their consoles. In this industry, I learned how to multitask, deal with different people, be more understanding and emphatize and most importantly I gained the experience that helped me grow as a person.
