I have a background in the Customer Service field for over 5 years of working in the BPO Industry (phone, chat and email for technical and billing accounts with Google and Microsoft) and 4 years in the eCommerce business as a day-to-day Operations Manager (customer support), social media moderator and order fulfillment expert. 

Working with top companies like Google and Microsoft and several successful e-commerce businesses have enhanced my skills in developing different plans, procedures and processes to level up the quality of service, and improve efficiency and productivity. I always identify and resolve problems effectively to ensure that customer satisfaction is positively met. I also allow myself to learn new things and work under pressure just to test my limits.
