I have experienced working in the BPO industry for more than 9 years with both US and Australian accounts. I have good verbal and written communication skills which I've developed through my CSR and Talent Acquisition experience. I have an excellent customer service and interpersonal skills which I have developed through my business experience in the corporate world. I am a result-driven person and I value time a lot so I make sure I attend my shift schedule regularly. Integrity and respect at work are very important to me. I am a very responsible, determined, organized person and have a can-do attitude. I have a “to-do” checklist in daily basis as my guide to accomplish tasks.

 My recent TA responsibilities have included: monitor applicant walk- in, conduct initial interviews and other recruitment processes such as online assessment, simulations, typing test, organize events like Job Fair, Realistic Job Preview, Info Session and admin tasks like email management and database management; meanwhile customer service representative responsibilities have included: take inbound and outbound (sales and service) calls, chat support and email support. 

My experiences have taught me how to build strong relationships with clients and people. I can work under pressure and have the ability to work within a team with less supervision. I can start working online from home as soon as possible with clutter-free room, wired internet connections and i3 Intel Laptop. I am looking for an organization where I can be a good asset, to use my hard and soft skills and grow my career in the long run.
