I've done customer service support for Spi Global and have skills specifically for customer assistance and support. Similarly, I also have an experience as a chat support in an e-commerce business.
I have few experiences on customer support and data entry job as well as administrative type of jobs. I was connected in a BPO company before and worked there as CSR Agent for 1 year. I also worked as a Live Chat Support in an E-commerce store. I also have an experience working as a transcriptionist (transcribing audio to word). In addition to this, I was also a remote Personal Assistant in an Accounting Firm, assisting the owner in lead generation and email marketing as well as CRM management. I worked as an Appointment Setter/Lead Generaption Specialist particulary cold calling prospective clients to avail the services offered by the company.
I know MS Word fully and knows how to work around tasks in order for it to be done effectively and efficiently. I will work self-directed and figure things out by myself if possible.
