I worked in the recruitment industry for 8 years. I am an experienced recruiter with proven expertise in a full-cycle recruitment. I started as a recruiter for a medical staffing agency. I was given the opportunity to work as a technical recruiter for a law firm in the US. In this law firm, majority of the roles that I was filling were legal related positions until instructions were given to look for technical positions since we collaborated with different clients that time. I became a supervisor after a year and supervised a team of five people. The most recent experience I had was for a marketing staffing agency. I worked there as a senior marketing recruiter in which I was able to handle seven clients with 2-3 positions to fill in.
