As a highly results-driven team player and leader with over 7 1/2 years progressive experience in relationship management, planning and resource management in the pharmaceutical industry; I managed assigned territories, delivering over 40% of total sales; Guided the execution of all local projects including symposiums in meeting the strategic objectives; Met the targets of the KPIs while managing the expectations of local and overseas stakeholders and Engender and maintain positive relationships with doctors, pharmacists to drive brand, sales and awareness. nternational work experience touring as keyboard player for reggae singer Bunny Wailer for 10 years.

I am a passionate educator, and use that as a means to unwind. In the capacity of music educator, I prepared students for over 13 years for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) exams with a pass rate of approximately 98%. As a musician/keyboard player, I toured worldwide with reggae artiste Bunny Wailer for 10 years, also plan annual recitals for students pursuing music education. Also, one year experience teaching business courses at the University of Technology, Jamaica.

In an effort to volunteer, I have conducted training on customer service. I recently (2019), conducted two customer service training with a public sector as a part of my ongoing thrust to give back to Jamaica. Between 1993 & 1995 I was employed as a customer service representative to deliver remittances and handle customers’ calls at Western Union; and was awarded for excellence in customer relations.

At Jamaica Association of Composers, Authors and Publishers (JACAP) in 2007, I was contracted for 9 months by the board of directors to manage the company’s affairs, relocate and refurbish the office as well as stream line operations with documentation (flowchart of operations).
