I have a year experience working as an administration, mostly all office works, encoding our client’s data and files in an insurance company while I am studying before in a real office. I experienced dealing with different customers who has different moods and personalities. Building a connection with our clients is not easy but I need to earn the trust that I want from them that’s why I really connect myself to them. Not just that, I always make sure that I addressed all the client’s concerns without lacking manners especially meeting deadlines of paper works associated with one of the department of the government here. After I got married and pregnant, I decided to work again to help my husband on our financial needs but in the freelancing industry. I tried three different freelancing jobs. Such as data entry agent, recruitment specialist, and an ESL teacher. Yes, I didn’t worked on them that long, my skills also perfectly matched the positions but I did not earned that much. I didn’t deserve to work for them more than 12 hours a day without an hourly pay. The jobs can’t help me pay with my electricity and internet connection bills. That’s why I gave myself more time to get ready for the upcoming better opportunities. And also, I am still on my vision to help my growing family in terms of our financial needs while becoming an efficient virtual assistant.

I know those experiences is no biggie. But having those experiences helped me to develop more skills in this industry. I am confident that my oral and written communication skills matched with my great customer service will make me an asset to your company. I work quickly and confidently because I love what I do. I am extremely motivated and have strong analytical skills. My organizational skills are integral working on deadlines and trusting responsibilities while nurturing environment of teamwork. I know that I can’t amaze you with these but I am willing to learn more regarding this position.
