Started as a call center representative way back 2010 at Qualfon Inc. Worked as customer service, technical support, Retention Team and joined the email response team for almost 4yrs. Our task includes inbound and outbound services, and reply to 10 emails per hour. Around 2013, I’ve worked as sales representative and order processing at Fingerhut. We answer customers queries regarding their monthly catalog and product order. We also do upsell as part of the requirement.

Worked as a fraud analyst at JPMorgan Chase for five years. A Specialist II in Debit Card Fraud Prevention.

I consider myself reliable, hard working, and honest. A fast learner with growth mindset. Im very keen to details, and counted upon to finish what I do.
