I have over 5 years experience in BPO company for cold calling, wherein we turn cold leads into successful appointment of the company. Prior to that, I also have 1 year experienced in Customer Service Associate for a voice support company. I also have an experienced in being a homebased-teacher in an ESL company. Most recently, I have just finished an intensive VA training wherein I have learned and increased my proficiencies in various admin skills like e-mail handling, internet research, social media management, google docs and google sheets, and designing.

I always believe in a saying "No one starts off being excellent, remember all things are possible for those who believe". I'm a person who thrives in a fast paced working environment and love continued learning, I know I can work with vigor and figure things whenever possible.
