I worked as a clinical instructor for 2 years, supervising and teaching nursing students in the clinical and community settings in providing optimal care for patients. I also have over 6 years of experience in a call center as a supervisor, focusing on team performance management, providing excellent customer experience, retention, team building, coaching, action planning, and follow through. I am passionate and driven in developing the skills of my team, achieving one's goals in contributing to the success of the company, the client, and the team. With my vast experience in handling teams, I am still eager to learn and acquire new skills that would help me do and become better at my job. I am optimistic, reliable, patient, and dedicated to my work.
