I am what you might call, a "lights-out" kind of person. You need something taken care of - you tell me and consider it done. I am friendly, ambitious, a leader, go-to person, motivator and I am able to fit into any environment. I thrive on teamwork and building a successful team that achieves goals. I have spent 20+ years in senior management positions, all of which required hands-on knowledge. The experience allows me to understand the needs of a team while also embracing and cultivating the mission statement of the organization. I personally believe that I am an asset to any organization. My desire to be to the best motivates me to accomplish whatever I set my mind to. I believe in Best in Class, in myself, in a Company, in my colleagues. A best in class organization can only succeed!
