I'm a Customer Service Representative in the mall-supermarket for one year, way back four years ago. My role there is :

*providing information about the assistance and information

*taking orders/payments

*respond to customer complaints, and process returns

*we called "help shoppers"

And being CSR (Customer Service Representative) I learn that it has a big role to the industry also because of the following:

-it builds trust -learn to reduces the problem and

-matters more than the price -appeals to the customer

-build awareness

Then after being CSR in the supermarket, I used to shortly stop working because I want to prioritize my son first. I learn being his personal "therapist" and tutor as well. Managing his different behaviors. Teaching him how to speak some words. I might say I am successful handling my son's case because of his big change and improvement. If I would have the chance to be a "counseling psychologist" I will accept it with my whole heart. I want to help some children with disabilities.

Last December , I finished my short- term contract as a Social Media Content Creator, started it June. This is my first ever online job and I enjoyed it.

Now, I'm studying and watching some videos and forums with different online jobs, so I can be applied it someday.
