My name is Chiara, and I'm a business immigration paralegal specializing in E-2, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, and O-1B petitions. Able to think creatively in order to demonstrate eligibility, with an in-depth understanding of the different standards and criteria by which the USCIS evaluates those petitions.

Additionally, my experience as a remote worker and participation in process improvements at past clients' firms has deepened my knowledge and interest in automation, legal technology, and specifically: the technical and social process of their implementation. Because of this, I enjoy setting up and working with softwares such as: MyCase, Cerenade, Docketwise, Pipefile, Asana, Clio, Notion, Acuity Scheduling, Calendly, MS Office, Google Workspace, iWork, Adobe Acrobat, and other similar tools.
