I am an Agile Practitioner, Product and Project Manager passionate about creating customer value. I have years of experience working in Experiential Marketing, Media and now Tech.

Skilled in strategy and tactics/execution of brand/product awareness creation, engagement, acquisition, and retention. Having worked with cross functional teams, I am also well skilled in project management, growth hacking and process modelling. A leader who got top prioritization skills, takes data driven decision, loves to get customer’s feedback and iterate towards solving pain points.

Adhering to project scope, budget, timelines and achieving

milestones comes natural to me. I know how important quality, cost and time

management is important to a project and I am well skilled in managing float

and critical path.

I am poised to help organizations ship better products and

solutions by increasing the strategic impact of their product and solution

management organizations. I am a customer-centric entrepreneur and agile

product manager with the required knowledge and experience in leading tech

projects for start-ups and established organization.

Previously worked with a team of product managers, business analysts and engineering team for a learning management system. We have successfully launched the platform, which runs a B2B model, solely aimed at individual trainers and corporate organizations. My roles involved design, validation and documentation of the entire process and task flow touch points, handling product documentation, initiate strategy, and ideation sessions, reengineering of requirements and wire framing of product ideas and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) amongst others.

Currently working as a Scrum Master/Project Manager for a Service Based Company called Sanimara and I am responsible for the implementation of the agile methodology, driving/motivating the development team, facilitation and leading of Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers/impediments and coaching of the development team, working with the CEO in the restructuring and remodeling of the program and project flow of the company and ensuring satisfaction of stakeholders and clients amongst many others.
