I am independent and self-motivated individual seeking for remote roles in IT Support/Customer Service with 4 years experience providing IT Support.

I have a Google IT Support professional certificate, and currently completing my bachelor's degree in HRM in Lincoln University Malaysia Distance learning. I also have a Diploma in Information Technology from alison.com.

I have 4 years experience as an ICT instructor in an international school (Loveworld International School) and in addition, I provided IT support to the school and administrated its systems.

Singlehandedly, I set up the school's complete IT infrastructure and networked its computers locally.

I also volunteer in a non profit organisation as a kind of children's coach, and have an excellent relationship with the parents who are our clients because of my handling.

I enjoy challenging work. I am always eager to learn and eager to work.
