I've been with the BPO industry for 10 years. Taking inbound and outbound calls. 5 years as a customer and technical support representative and sales representative. I was assigned to be a team leader/supervisor. I was responsible for team's performace, do one on one coaching, team huddles so that everybody is updated. Ensuring everybody knows their performance and their stats. I can say that working in this industry helps me a lot to engage in a different types of customers and people. It enhanced my ability in handling calls with appropriate manner and being resilient.
