In the last year, I have gained experience in using project management tools such as TeamGantt, Jira, Microsoft Projects, and Zoho Projects consecutively, for both online class/ group works and external projects.

I have acquired certifications from both Udemy, Alison, and other local online learning platforms which have helped me gain a few experiences over the years. This hands-on familiarity equips me with the insight and proficiency to deliver exceptional customer care tailored to the intricacies of the company.
