I have experienced in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 9 years. I started in this company (Supplier of Wood and Veneer) as a Receptionist then became the Personal Assistant to the General Manager. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports the General Manager and Sales Executive. Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment including computers, copy machine and fax machines. Attends to the incoming phone calls/inquiries. Makes sure that the clients were attended to their needs. Prepares and follow up Quotations/Proforma invoice.
