Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports the General Manager and Sales Executive. Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment including computers, copy machine and fax machines. Attends to the incoming phone calls/inquiries. Makes sure that the clients were attended to their needs. Prepares and follow up Quotations/Proforma invoice.
